If you don't understand the meridian acupoints, don't knock them at will, something big will happen!

Acupuncture points and meridians cannot be knocked casually. If it is not applied properly, it can be harmful to the body. If you go against the grain, it will aggravate the condition.

Here are a few simple ways to judge the massage techniques and percussion methods of acupuncture points and meridians.

Massage of acupressures

The health care acupuncture points of our daily massage are: Baihui, Sun, Fengchi, Laogong, Neiguan, Pension, Zusanli, Yongquan, Taichong, Taixi, Hegu, and Jizhong acupoints, among which Hegu, Zusanli, Yongquan, and Neiguan are called the four major health acupoints.

Note three points:

First, the intensity is severe. Light is supplemental, heavy is laxative.

Second, the direction of the tap. Clockwise for supplement, counterclockwise for laxative.

3. Relationship with breathing. Press as you exhale and loose as you inhale.

Percussion of the meridians

The meridians we most often tap are: pericardial meridian and gallbladder meridian. In addition, you can also knock the stomach meridian, large intestine meridian, small intestine meridian, liver meridian, Sanjiao meridian, and spleen meridian as needed. The heart meridian is mostly used to dial the technique, and the kidney meridian is mostly used to dredge the technique. The part of the bladder meridian in the back cannot be regulated by itself, and the next section can be kneaded by yourself.

Note two things:

First, the intensity is severe. Light and fast and short are supplements, and heavy and slow are laxatives.

Second, the direction of the tapping. Knock forward for supplement, reverse knock for laxative.

So, how to judge the pros and cons of meridian tapping? The meridians are based on the starting point and can be divided into hand meridians and foot meridians. Both the hand meridian and the foot meridian are divided into yang meridians and yin meridians.

The following table can clearly judge the pros and cons of the meridians and the laxatives.

From top to bottom, bottom to top:

Hand Yang Meridian: Large Intestine Meridian, Sanjiao Meridian, Small Intestine Meridian Reversal/Diarrhea Shun/Supplement

Hand Yin meridian: lung meridian, pericardial meridian, heart meridian Shun/supplement/diarrhea

Foot Yang Meridian: Stomach Meridian, Bile Meridian, Bladder Meridian Shun/Supplement/Diarrhea

Foot Yin Meridian: Spleen Meridian, Liver Meridian, Kidney Meridian Reversal/Diarrhea Shun/Supplement

For example, the Yin Pericardial Meridian of the Hand is the Yin Meridian of the Hand, and compared with the above table, it is a tonic technique to knock it from top to bottom. From the bottom to the top, it is a laxative technique. The same goes for other meridians.

Expert Reminder:

1. The pericardial meridian is generally a supplement, and it can be knocked back when the heart is hot in summer, and the heart fire can be removed.

2. The real symptom is supplemental, and the deficiency symptom is diarrhea. If the treatment of myopia in children is a deficiency disease, and the liver is stolen in the eyes, the liver meridian should be knocked out by laxatives. For constipation, the large intestine meridian should be knocked by laxative. If you have a cold, you have to knock the lung meridian with a laxative method.

3. The kidney meridian can only be replenished at any time, and cannot be diarrhean. According to the above table, it should be knocked or dredged from the bottom up.

4. Some acupuncture points that penetrate deep into the skin, even if they are supplemented, they must be pressed hard. Such as Zusanli, Fengchi, Kunlun.

5. The gallbladder meridian is mostly knocked from top to bottom, and the tonic method is used. However, the muscles of the thighs are developed, and the tonic method also has to be forced, mainly to use a certain amount of strength to tap the acupuncture points such as ring jump, Fengshi, Zhongdu, and Knee Yangguan. After the knee, starting from Yangling Spring and going down, the technique should be slightly lighter.

6. The Yu acupoints of the bladder meridian, such as the acupuncture points of the liver and stomach, are the channels, and the human back is the most susceptible to cold blockage, so it needs to be rubbed with a certain amount of strength to open up the channel.

7. There are ten kinds of traditional Chinese medicine techniques, and now only two are mentioned. Some other techniques are also basically applicable to the relationship between probiosis and reverse, such as the use of pinching and patting, which must be a deficiency disease. Such as coughing, snarking in the throat, cardiovascular disease in the pericardial meridian pat sha. The scraping technique is also suitable for the relationship between obedience and reverse, and tonic and laxative.

8. It is necessary to flexibly use the theory of the five elements of traditional Chinese medicine. The main purpose is to correctly judge the relationship between the surface and the inside and the relationship between the meridians, determine the treatment techniques of tonic laxatives, and then use the methods of this article to judge the direction and strength. For example, if the kidney meridian is regulated, generally speaking, the problems in the kidney meridian are deficiency diseases, and the kidney meridian should be supplemented. The lungs transport kidney water, the lung meridian should be replenished, and the spleen meridian and kidney meridian should be separated by one place, and the diarrhea should be diarrhea.

Therefore, the general conditioning idea should be: dredge the kidney meridian, tonify the lung meridian, diarrhea liver meridian and spleen meridian.
