Today I will share a simple and practical health regimen: rubbing your fingers to cure diseases.
First find a brightly lit place, carefully look at the fingers to see if there are green tendons, each finger on the green tendons represent different problems:
(1) The finger corresponds to the hand Taiyin lung meridian
on the thumb The appearance of green tendons on the thumb means that there is a problem with the respiratory system, prone to coughing, wheezing, phlegm and other symptoms.
(2) The index finger corresponds to the large intestine meridian of the hand,
if there are green tendons on it, there is a problem with the reaction and excretion, and it may be easy to have diarrhea or constipation.
(3) The middle finger corresponds to the hand syncope and the pericardial meridian
has a protruding green tendon on it, which means that there may be problems such as palpitation, chest tightness, shortness of breath or insufficient cerebral blood supply.
(4) The ring finger corresponds to the hand Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian,
and the green tendons on it prominently reflect liver and gallbladder problems, so endocrine disorders or liver fire may be too strong.
(5) The little finger corresponds to the hand Shaoyin Heart Meridian and the hand Sun and Small Intestine meridian
reflect the kidney problems, and the presence of green tendons indicates that there may be problems such as kidney deficiency, frequent urination, leg swelling, and weakness of limbs.
Five Elements Finger Skills
If you find that your fingers have green tendons, you can rub your fingers frequently to open up the meridians of the five organs and relax the qi and blood.

1. Pinch the fingers of the other hand with the thumb and index finger of the other hand. Start with your thumb and rub them one by one, focusing on either side of your fingernails. The order is left hand first, then right hand.
2. The trick is to rub each finger nine times or multiples of nine. After kneading, rub your fingers six times. Nine is the number of pure yang, six is the number of pure yin, and if six and nine are combined, yin and yang are balanced.
3. Make each finger in the same way, and do it once every morning and evening.
Finally, I will share a finger yoga that can soothe the lungs and meridians.
Cross your hands and rotate your thumbs in circles with each other, trying not to touch your thumbs when you turn in circles. Turn 100 times back and forth, and then pat from the shoulder to the thumb, which is just the position of the lung meridian, so it can relax the qi and blood of the lung meridian. Do it once a day.
