Rub it every day for constipation, don't worry

For constipation, drug treatment is currently the main clinical treatment. However, the disadvantages of long-term use of laxative drugs are very obvious, not only drug dependence, but also may cause gastrointestinal problems and liver and kidney damage, so such drugs must be used cautiously according to the doctor's advice.

Abdominal massage can effectively relieve constipation, and is one of the most commonly used external treatments in traditional Chinese medicine, with the characteristics of "simple and incorruptible", through specific techniques in specific positions of the abdomen to massage, effectively promote intestinal peristalsis, and then improve constipation.

Abdominal massage is pure physical therapy, there are no side effects, and it is very easy to learn, let's learn it together!

Method 1:

Before the operation, empty the urine, the patient takes the supine position, the legs are flexed, and the abdominal muscles are relaxed. The operator or the patient himself starts the massage in a clockwise direction in the right lower quadrant around the umbilicus, from light to heavy, to the extent that no pain is felt.

10~15 minutes each time, once a day in the morning and evening, or 20 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.

Method 2:

The patient is placed in a supine position with the legs flexed to relax the abdominal muscles. The operator or patient himself places the palm of one hand directly above the navel and massages the colon from right to left with the four fingertips other than the thumb. When massaging to the left lower abdomen, the pressure of the fingers should be appropriately strengthened, so that no pain is felt, exhale when pressing, and inhale when relaxing, for about 10 minutes each time.

In addition to the above two techniques, there are also massage techniques such as point and vibration, which need to be operated under the guidance of medical staff.
