Homemade banana bread is full of flavor, nutrition and deliciousness, the key is additive-free, and it is easy to make

Today, I used bananas to make a banana bread for my family, without adding bulking agents and preservatives, so my family can eat with confidence.

When a snack or breakfast is paired with a glass of soy milk or milk, it is very nutritious and delicious, this lazy bread is the easiest to operate, and even novices can successfully complete it according to the recipe.



There is also a little brushed feeling, full of banana flavor, and inside is sweet and sour dried cranberries, fragrant and delicious!


Here's how I do it:

1. Cut two bananas into small pieces, about 200 grams of peeled bananas, beat three eggs, and 180 grams of eggs with shells.


2. Press them into a banana liquid or mix them in a food processor. Add 5 grams of yeast and 25 grams of sugar to the mashed banana and stir well.


3. Pour a small amount of the stirred banana liquid into 400 grams of flour and stir well.


4. Add 30 grams of cooking oil to the middle, mix well, knead for a while, and knead into a smooth dough.



5. Recently, the weather has been cold, and we have awakened through warm water, and the water temperature is controlled at about 35 degrees.


6. Prepare some dried fruits you like to eat, I prepare dried cranberries, add an appropriate amount of baking soda to them, soak for 5 minutes, so that you can better remove residual impurities, and then clean them.


7. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, and the inside is a honeycomb structure.


8. Take out the dough without kneading, stretch it open, put in the drained dried cranberries, wrap it, and knead evenly.



9. Roll into long strips and divide evenly into pieces. I've divided it into five pieces here.


10. Knead each piece of dough slightly evenly, roll it into long strips, and roll it up from one end. The tail is pressed flat and pressed to the bottom.



11. Prepare five small bowls and brush them all with a layer of cooking oil.


12. Put in the cake blank and let it rise through warm water.



13. Proofing until the volume is significantly expanded, then brush them with a layer of egg yolk liquid and sprinkle some sesame seeds for decoration.



14. Cover them with a layer of high-temperature plastic wrap.


15. Put it in a steamer and steam it on high heat for 40 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
