6. Put the steamed tofu balls in to let the tofu absorb the flavor, wait for the color of the tofu in the pot to darken, pour in the water starch, and thicken.

7. Place the prepared meatballs on a plate, sprinkle sesame seeds on the surface and garnish with chopped coriander.

【Carotene meatballs】

Ingredients: 1 white radish (about 450g), 150g flour, 1 small handful of coriander, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons five-spice powder

Method:

1. Peel and rub the white radish, and finely chop the coriander.

2. Put the shredded white radish in a large bowl, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and grasp well, marinate for 20 minutes, and then gently remove the water.
