1. Home-cooked tofu
Ingredients: Tofu, fungus, eggs, carrots
Condiments: light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt
Method:
Crack the eggs and cut the tofu into cubes
Place the tofu cubes in the egg wash and coat it with the egg wash
Heat the oil, add the tofu cubes and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides, then remove
Heat the oil again, add the chopped green onion and millet and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the carrots and fungus and stir-fry
Add tofu cubes, stir-fry the condiments a few times, pour in an appropriate amount of water and starch, and wait for the soup to thicken.
2. Home-cooked fried tofu
Ingredients: Tofu, green pepper, garlic, green onion
Condiments: light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt
Method:
Cut the tofu into slices; Cut the green peppers, green onions and garlic and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add the sliced tofu slices and fry over low heat until lightly browned on both sides.
Add the chopped green peppers, shallots and garlic and stir-fry.
Add condiments: a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and an appropriate amount of salt to stir-fry to taste.
3. Tomato juice tofu
Ingredients: Tomatoes, soft tofu
Condiments: light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, starch,
Method:
Take two tomatoes, peel them and cut them into small pieces, and cut the soft tofu into cubes for later use
Pour more oil into the pan and fry the sliced tofu cubes until brown on both sides, then set aside
Heat oil in a pan, pour in the tomato cubes and stir-fry until soft, then pour in the tofu and stir-fry.
Sauce: 1 spoonful of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1 spoonful of starch and half a bowl of water, stir well and pour into the pot.
Cover and simmer for a while, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Fourth, cured tofu home-style tofu
Ingredients: Tofu, bacon, dried chili, minced garlic, Chaotian pepper, ginger slices, green onion
Condiments: salt, light soy sauce, starch,
Method:
Slice the tofu and slice the bacon
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes until the sides are slightly yellow, then serve.
Heat oil in a pot, pour in the bacon slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add ginger, minced garlic, chili pepper, light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, pour in the fried tofu, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and other condiments, continue to stir-fry for about 2 minutes, add water starch to thicken, and stir-fry until the juice is reduced.
Finally, sprinkle with green onions, turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
5. Braised cabbage with tofu
Ingredients: tofu puffs, cabbage
Condiments: light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, salt
Method:
Heat the oil, add the washed cabbage and stir-fry until soft.
Sauce: 1 spoonful of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, a pinch of chicken essence, and half a bowl of water.
Put the tofu bubbles in the pot and stir-fry, and pour the prepared sauce into the pot.
Cover and simmer over low heat for a while, then stir-fry evenly before removing from the pan.
