Ingredients:
250g milk, two gelatin slices (10g), 500g mango, 20g white sugar (optional).
Just a few ingredients don't look simple.
Steps:
1. Cut the mango into small pieces and set aside.
Cut the mango in half along the core, then cut it into small squares with a knife on one side, and then top the peel from the bottom, and the flesh will stand out.
2. Soak two gelatin slices in ice water to soften, drain and set aside. If it's winter, just keep it at room temperature, and don't soak it in hot water.
Why can't you soak in hot water to soften?
Because hot water will destroy its structure and make it lose its coagulating power.
3. Add white sugar to the milk and heat it slowly over low heat, then put in the spare gelatin slices. (If you don't like it too sweet, you can leave it out)
Stir well while heating and never bring the milk to a boil as this will affect the gelatin tablets.
4. Then pour the milk at just the right temperature into a mold full of mango pieces.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours, longer if it does not set.
After freezing, take it out of the refrigerator and cut it into pieces to remove the mold, and a bowl of sweet and tender mango pudding is ready.
It is perfect for families and friends to enjoy together on a hot summer day.
