Three-course home-style stir-fry with meat and vegetables



Braised soybeans with pork knuckles

Ingredients: half of the pig's feet, a little soybean, two spicy millet, a small piece of cinnamon, one star anise, one bay leaf, an appropriate amount of ginger, an appropriate amount of sugar, two spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, two spoons of cooking wine, a spoonful of pepper, half a spoon of salt, a little cooking oil.

Method:

1. Soak the soybeans in warm water for 15 minutes, wash the millet spicy, remove the stems and cut small circles.

2. Scrape the hair and impurities on the skin of the pig's feet, clean and chop into pieces.

3. Add cooking wine to the pot under cold water to blanch the blood foam, and then remove it to wash off the foam.

4. Heat the pot, add a little oil, sugar and fry the caramel color, then add the pig's feet and stir-fry to color, add cooking wine, pepper, cinnamon, star anise, bay leaves, and ginger slices to fry the fragrance.

5. Move into a pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, pour in soybeans, millet spicy and salt after opening the lid and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.


Homemade stir-fried meat

Ingredients: 250 grams of fresh pork, three green chilies, a little cooking wine, a little minced garlic, a little shredded ginger, a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoon of oyster sauce, a little pepper, a little corn starch, half a spoon of salt, an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Method:

1. Wash the fresh pork and cut it into small slices, add a little cooking wine, pepper, corn starch and a little oil, stir evenly and marinate for ten minutes.

2. Wash the green peppers, remove the stems, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces.

3. Heat the pot and add oil, add minced garlic and ginger to stir up the fragrance, and then put the meat slices in the pot and stir-fry to change color.

4. Put the chili pepper in the pot and stir-fry for three minutes, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt and stir-fry evenly.


Sauté shredded lentils

Ingredients: 200 grams of lentils, appropriate amount of minced garlic, half a spoon of salt, appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Method:

1. Remove the two ends of the lentils, clean them and cut them into diagonal strips.

2. Heat the pot and add oil, add minced garlic to stir up the garlic fragrance, pour in the shredded lentils and stir-fry for two minutes.

3. Add a little water and simmer for two minutes, add salt and fry evenly.
