The apple cake that does not need to be beaten has a sweet taste and moist texture, and you will never forget it

  • Apple cake

The production process

Ingredients: 80g of low-gluten flour, 2g of baking powder (optional), 1g of salt, 100g of milk, 20g of sugar (because apples are sweet, the amount of sugar is relatively small, if the apples are sweet enough, no sugar can be added), 2 eggs, 20g of butter, 2 apples (medium size).

Beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat until the sugar is melted.

Pour in the milk and stir well.

Melt the butter in advance and pour it in and stir.

Then mix the low-gluten flour, baking powder, and salt together and sieve it, draw a "Z" and stir to form a delicate batter.

Prepare a 6-inch cake mold, evenly coat it with a thin layer of oil, and then put on the oil paper, so that the oil paper sticks more comfortably.

After all the preparations are made, now start peeling the apples, cut the peeled apples into thin slices, and put them in the stirred batter immediately after cutting, so as to prevent the apples from oxidizing and turning black in contact with the air.

If you have larger apples and don't necessarily add them all, make sure that each apple is covered in batter.

Then wrap the apple slices wrapped in batter and layer them in the mold.

Finally, pour in all the remaining batter, and then shake the mold a few times to smooth out the apple slices as much as possible.

Sprinkle some more almond flakes on the surface, and if you don't have almond flakes, you can substitute desiccated coconut or cereal.

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake it at 175 degrees for 50 minutes, the time and temperature are for reference only.

When the time is up, take it out and let it cool.

It looks pretty good on the outside, but when you cut it, it looks like a mille-feuille cake from the side.

The taste is very special, the crispy almond slices on the surface are very fragrant, and the soft and moist cake is mixed with the sweetness of apples.
