1. Mix all the pizza dough ingredients, this dough is not as strict as the dough for bread, so mix them all and knead them into a smooth dough. (Note: The kneaded dough is very smooth, and to check whether the dough is kneaded, it is necessary to meet the three elements of basin light, hand light, and face light.) (2 tips for kneading dough: 1 is to use the method of kneading clothes to destroy the structure of the dough, so that it can be kneaded smoother; 2 is to use scissors to cut the dough into small pieces to destroy the structure of the dough, which is conducive to better kneading of the dough)


2. Fermentation, put the kneaded dough in a warm place to ferment until it is twice as large. If the room temperature is about 26 degrees, the time required is about 70 minutes; If the room temperature is too low, place in an oven with a fermentation function for 40 minutes. (Note: Put it in the oven to ferment, put half a bowl of warm water in the oven to increase the humidity)

3. Boil pizza sauce, you can boil the sauce when the dough is fermented, prepare the required vegetables, this sauce is very delicious, the tomatoes in the spring are really versatile, and the pasta in the previous article is also this meat sauce, which is super delicious.

Stir-fry minced garlic and onion until fragrant, add minced beef and stir-fry until discolored, add tomatoes and simmer.


4. Press the fermented dough into a round shape by hand (shape it according to your preference) and put it on a baking tray and prick the eyes with a fork to avoid the dough bulging when baking. This time I made a thin-base pizza, so I pressed it thinner, because it would swell a little bit when I baked it.


Spread a layer of grated cheese (I bought a large piece of cheese, which I shaved myself), spread the boiled meat sauce, then spread a layer of cheese, and then spread vegetables and meat, this is just as good as you like.


5. Sprinkle some cheese on top and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. (Note: The oven should be preheated at 200 degrees 10 minutes in advance, no matter what you bake, the oven should be preheated in advance.) )
