Ingredients: A little too much pumpkin, (only about 300 grams of most of the half) 40 grams of garlic, 25 grams of shrimp skin, 4 small red peppers
Seasoning: 10 ml of steamed fish soy sauce
Method:
1. Slice the washed pumpkin, arrange the sliced pumpkin on a plate and set aside.
2. Wash the garlic and millet pepper, cut them into minced pieces, wash the shrimp skin and drain the water.
3. Stir-fry the minced garlic with oil.
4. Add the shrimp skin and chili powder, stir-fry for about 1 minute until lightly browned, and serve.
5. Pour the fried minced garlic evenly over the pumpkin slices.
6. Take out the steamer, pour water into the boil after powering on, put in the prepared southern slices, cover the pot, and steam for 15 minutes until the ingredients are cooked and soft.
7. After steaming, take out the steamed pumpkin and drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce.
