When it is fresh, it is fragrant and crispy, and when it is dried, it has a chewy taste, whether it is stir-frying, you can put a little bit of bun filling, it is the most perfect partner for sauce meat, steamed fish, and various steamed dishes, rich in taste, and simple to make.
To prepare the dried beans:
Prepare ingredients: 10 grams of salt, 2000 grams of beans
Here's how:
(1) Choose the beans that are a little more tender, better to dry, cut off the head and tail, and pick out the insects and cut them off
(2) Wash the remaining pesticides and boil a pot of boiling water when cleaning
(3) Add 10 grams of salt to the boiling water, add the beans, add salt to make the beans greener
(4) After 5 minutes, remove the water and put it on the drying rack to cool
(5) Dry until it is not hot to dry, I use the drying rack on the balcony to dry, put it in a ventilated place, dry enough for 5 days, if it is outdoors will shorten the drying time, check that there is no moisture and it will be dried.
