Salt-and-pepper chicken wings


Ingredients: Chicken wings, garlic.

Ingredients: flour, milk, eggs, corn kernels.

Method:

Ingredients: Cooked rice, shrimp, eggs, carrots, cucumbers, cooked peas, cooked corn kernels.

Method:

1 Remove the shrimp from the shrimp line, add white pepper, marinate the egg whites for 5 minutes, wash the carrots and cucumbers and cut into cubes.

2 Crack the eggs into the rice and soak the rice grains evenly with the egg mixture.

3 Heat the oil in the pot, stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant, add the shrimp and rice and stir-fry, then add the corn kernels, peas, carrots, cucumbers and stir-fry in turn, stir-fry all the ingredients, add a little salt and remove from the pot.
