Method:
1. Put the Pu'er tea in the tea bag, wash the pork ribs, blanch them, and drain the water.
2. Heat oil in a pot, add green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Put in the pork ribs and stir-fry evenly, add water to cover the ribs 1-2cm, and put in the tea bag, star anise, and rock sugar after the water boils.
3. Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium-low heat and continue to simmer for half an hour until the soup is thick. Add salt before cooking, sprinkle chives or coriander to garnish.
Ingredients: Ribs, garlic chili sauce, ginger, green onion.
Method:
1. Chop the ribs into small pieces and rinse the blood water. Slice the green onion and ginger.

Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry chives and ginger, pour in the pork ribs and stir-fry repeatedly until the ribs change color, the edges are slightly browned, pour in cooking wine and stir well, add garlic hot sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and then add water to two-thirds of the ribs.

Method:
1. Soak the plum in boiling water for ten minutes, pot the pork ribs under cold water, add two slices of ginger, blanch them together and remove them for later use.
2. Put a little oil in the pot, add rock sugar and fry until brown, then add the blanched pork ribs and stir-fry together to color. Then add ginger slices, green onions and an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Ingredients: pork chops, potatoes, tempeh, red peppers, chives.
Method:
1. Soak the tempeh in cold water for 5 minutes, chop the green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper, mix with all the marinades (cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, starch) and mix well
2. Thoroughly wash off the blood water with clean water, drain the water, and put the pork ribs into the marinade for about 1 hour to taste.
3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, spread them on the bottom of the plate, put the marinated pork ribs on top of the potatoes, and steam them in a steamer over medium heat for 30-40 minutes.

Method:

3. The rice cooker puts rice and water according to the normal cooking steps, and then pours the fried pork ribs together with the soup.
Ingredients: pork ribs, 100% fresh orange juice, tomato paste.
Method:
1. After washing the pork ribs, put them in a large bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pour in fresh orange juice, and marinate overnight. The next day, pour out the orange juice from the marinated pork ribs, add the dry starch, and mix well.
2.
