Who said sweet and sour tenderloin has to be made with tomato sauce, today I used it to make it, and it was really delicious

Preparation: pork tenderloin, cornstarch, 1 egg, homemade strawberry jam~

First, cut the tenderloin into well-proportioned strips~

Add half a teaspoon of light soy sauce and half a teaspoon of pepper and set aside

Put the cornstarch and eggs in a bowl, and add water little by little~

and into a batter, the state is shown in the picture ~

Once the batter is ready, put the tenderloin strips in and grasp well

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the tenderloin. The oil temperature is 7 hot, and the battered loin is fried in the oil pan one by one~

It is still fished out after being set, and it is fished out while going down~

After the part is set, put it in the oil pan and fry it until it is cooked enough to remove the oil control~

Start another pot, leave an appropriate amount of water in the pot, and put in a little salt~

A spoonful of sugar

1/2 scoop light soy sauce~

A large spoonful of strawberry jam is boiled~

The sweet and sour sauce becomes viscous~

Pour the tenderloin into it and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan~
