 Directions:

1. Beat an egg in a bowl, 60ml of corn oil, 45 grams of sugar, 1 gram of salt, 3 grams of aluminum-free baking powder, and stir until the sugar melts.


2. Add 180 grams of cornmeal, 30 grams of flour and 1 handful of chopped green onions to the egg mixture, stir well, and knead into a soft, non-sticky dough.



3. Take an appropriate amount of dough into a ball, press it flat with the palm of your hand, and then press a pit in the middle with your thumb to prevent it from bulging when baking.



4. Sprinkle layers of sesame seeds for garnish.


5. Put it in the oven and bake it at 150 degrees for 20 minutes, each oven has different characteristics, and the specific temperature is determined according to the characteristics of the individual oven.
