Today, I use tofu skin to make a refreshing and greasy appetizer for my family, and I will share how to make it below:
1. Soak a handful of vermicelli in freshly boiled boiling water, and then cool and boil after the vermicelli is blanched.
2. Shred the bean skin, then cut some shredded carrots and cucumbers.
3. Blanch the shredded carrots and bean skin for about 30 seconds, remove them, cool them once, and drain the water.
4. Add an appropriate amount of minced garlic, chopped green onion and cooked sesame seeds to the bowl, pour on the hot oil that has just been boiled and mix well. Add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, and a few drops of sesame oil to enhance the flavor, mix well and set aside.
5. Pour all the side dishes into a large bowl, add some fried peanuts and coriander, pour on the freshly mixed sauce, and mix evenly.
