Sautéed shiitake mushrooms with carrots

Ingredients: carrots, fresh shiitake mushrooms

Seasoning: cooking oil, salt, light soy sauce, chicken essence, garlic, shallots

Preparation:


1. First, wash the fresh shiitake mushrooms and cut them into slices.


2. Wash the carrots and cut them into slices, chop the garlic into minced garlic, and chop the shallots into green onion segments.

3. Add water to the pot, pour in the mushrooms and cook until they are broken and removed.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add minced garlic to the hot oil, stir-fry until fragrant, add carrots and stir-fry until broken, add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry, add salt, light soy sauce and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly, add green onions and stir-fry well.
