Spicy dried tofu
Ingredients: northern tofu, green and red peppers, garlic, shallots, monosodium glutamate, salt, cooking oil, light soy sauce, pepper oil, starch, eggs, oyster sauce, sweet and spicy sauce, sugar
1. Tofu cut into triangles with a thickness of 1 cm,
Beat 2 eggs into a bowl, add 1 gram of salt and mix well to form egg liquid.
2. Pour 150ml of cooking oil into the pot, you can put a little more oil, turn on high heat to heat the oil and smoke to low heat,
Coat the tofu in egg mixture, fry in a pan until browned on both sides and serve on a plate.
3. Pour 50ml of cooking oil into the pot, heat the oil and turn to low heat, chop the garlic, green and red peppers, ginger and shallots and pour them into the pot and fry until fragrant.
Add 2 grams of salt, 2 grams of monosodium glutamate, 15 ml of light soy sauce, a small spoon of oyster sauce and sweet and spicy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar and stir-fry, add 300 ml of water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
Pour in the fried tofu and stir-fry, cover the pot and simmer to collect the juice, pour in water starch and pepper oil.
The taste is spicy, salty and sweet, suitable for all ages, and the bibimbap is particularly fragrant.
