1. First of all, prepare a piece of pork tenderloin, preferably a small tenderloin, which is more delicate, cooks quickly, and has a good taste.
2. Then, change the cleaned tenderloin into a knife, cut it into small cubes, and put it in a basin for marinating.
3. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, cumin powder, chili powder, barbecue season, oyster sauce, peanut oil, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.
4. Then use a bamboo skewer to thread the meat, four or five pieces of meat per skewer.
5. Prepare a plate that can be used in the microwave, add a small amount of water to the plate, add a little light soy sauce, and evenly place the tenderloin skewers on it.
6. Put it in the microwave oven, bake it for four minutes at a regular time, and turn it once when it is left for 1 minute.
It should be noted here that it may take about a minute longer when the first oven is baked, and the second oven can be reduced by one minute, because the power of the microwave oven is different, and the baking time will also be different, so you can explore it yourself.
