Ingredients: pork ribs, salt, cooking oil, garlic, ginger, green and red peppers, shallots, light soy sauce, pepper, pepper oil, cooking wine, eggs



1. Chop the fresh pork ribs into small pieces, soak them in water and wash them, drip dry and put them in a bowl.

Add 2 grams of salt, 5 grams of pepper, 20 ml of cooking wine, a teaspoon of dry starch, 15 ml of light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for a quarter of an hour.


2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir into egg liquid, pour into the marinated pork ribs, and evenly coat the egg mixture.


3. Pour cooking oil into the pot, fry the ribs at 6 oil temperature until golden brown, and then heat the oil temperature to 8 into smoke.
