The weather turned cold, and my husband named me to eat this dish, steamed, spicy and appetizing, so delicious that I licked the plate



 The dish we are sharing today is a dish that can be eaten as soon as it is steamed – steamed chicken wings with chopped peppers.  

 

 


【Steamed chicken wings with chopped pepper】

The ingredients required are as follows:

Chicken wings, green onion, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, chopped pepper, oil, pepper

The cooking steps are as follows:


Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients and chop the chicken wings in half.


Step 2: Put the chopped chicken wings in a large bowl, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, and an appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Step 3: Then add an appropriate amount of black pepper and marinate for more than 20 minutes.


Step 4: Finely chop the garlic, chop the green onion, mince the ginger, and chop a spoonful of pepper for later use.


Step 5: Stir-fry green onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add chopped pepper and continue to stir-fry until fragrant, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.

Step 6: Stir-fry all the ingredients evenly.


Step 7: Place the marinated chicken wings on a plate and pour over the super sauce. After the pot boils, put the chicken wings and steam for 15 minutes.

Tips: Chicken wings should be marinated for more than 20 minutes to get more flavorful. Wait for the chicken wings to steam for another fifteen minutes, which will make them more tender.
