The tofu ribs, which are better than braised pork ribs, are simple to make and taste so fragrant!

Chop the ribs into small pieces and wash them, then soak them in water for half an hour, changing the water twice during the soaking process

Finely chop the green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Put three pieces of tofu in a bowl and a little broth, and use a fork and spoon to stir the tofu into a tofu paste

Scrub the soaked ribs and drain them so that the steamed ribs don't have too much soup

Add green onion, ginger and minced garlic, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce and two spoons of starch

Stir all the sauces well and marinate for an hour

Cut the tofu into thick slices and place it on a plate

Then spread the marinated pork ribs on top of the tofu

Put it in a pot, boil the water and steam on high heat for 20 minutes

Sprinkle with chopped green onions and garnish, and the delicious steamed pork ribs with tofu milk are ready
