9. Put a little salt in boiling water, pour in carrots and corn kernels and blanch for two or three minutes;
10. The color of diced carrots and corn kernels after blanching is beautiful, and you can blanch them for two more minutes if you are afraid that they are not cooked;
11. Pour oil into a hot pan, the oil is 60% hot, pour in the diced chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes, stir-fry until the diced chicken changes color and comes out of the pan;
12. Heat the remaining oil in the pot, pour in the corn kernels and diced carrots and stir-fry for two minutes, add a little salt and stir-fry;
13. Pour in the diced cucumber and chicken and stir-fry a few times;
14. Put a little light soy sauce and chicken essence and stir-fry for one minute, pour in the starch of cornstarch and stir-fry to thicken, reduce the juice from the pot over high heat;
15. The chicken breast is fried in three dices, and the final thickening can not only enhance the flavor, but also make each dish coated in soup, making the taste more sufficient.
