Spinach (150g) Vermicelli (1 handful) Carrot (1/2)
Sauce: garlic, green onion, dried chili, white sesame seeds, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, rice vinegar
【Directions】
Step 1: Soak the vermicelli (a handful) in cold water for half an hour.
Step 2: Peel half a carrot and slice it into thin strips for later use.
Step 3: Put water in the pot, add half a spoon of oil and half a spoon of salt to the boiling water, then add the soaked soft vermicelli and shredded carrots, blanch the vermicelli for 30 seconds and remove the carrots for one minute.
Step 4: Add the washed spinach (remove the roots) and blanch for 2 minutes.

【Tips】
