4. Blanch the celery and fungus immediately through cold water, control the moisture and add minced garlic and chili peppers.
5. Add cooking oil to the pot, add peppercorns to the cold oil, fry slowly over low heat, fry the fragrance of the peppercorns, and take out the peppercorns after frying them fragrant and scorched.
