【Steps】

4. Add 150 grams of flour, 20 grams of sugar, 3 grams of baking powder, 120 ml of whipping cream to the basin, stir well, and stir until the dry flour is invisible. No whipping cream can also be substituted with milk.


5. Add the evenly mixed diced apples and mix well.


6. Sprinkle a little more flour on the cutting board, pour the batter in, and arrange it into cubes. The viscosity has always been made up with flour.


7. Then use a knife to cut into a triangular shape. If you don't know how to cut, you can cut small squares, as long as it is in the shape you like.


8. Place it one by one in a baking dish, spaced out and brush the surface with a layer of egg yolk liquid. Sprinkle a little more oats to garnish, and ignore the none.


9. Then put it in the oven, put it on the middle level, and bake it at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. The oven temperature is adjusted according to the actual conditions of your own oven. When the time is up, you can just take it out of the pot.







Tips:

1. Whipping cream can be replaced with milk, and the same amount can be replaced. Whipping cream will taste more fragrant.

2. Baking powder adds fluffy taste, and it will be very solid if you don't eat it.
