I never use an oven to make cakes at home, no meringue, it's super easy, and everyone can make it at home

【Homemade steamed cake】

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 80 grams of sugar, 80 grams of cooking oil, 20 grams of pure milk, 140 grams of plain flour, 4 grams of baking powder, 1 gram of salt.

Step Method:

1. First of all, we beat 2 eggs into the bowl, use chopsticks to stir it in one direction into the egg mixture, add 80 grams of sugar to the egg liquid, then stir it evenly again, and then continue to add 80 grams of cooking oil and 20 grams of pure milk to mix it again.


2. Add 4 grams of baking powder and 1 gram of salt to 140 grams of plain flour and mix all the ingredients together. (When doing the first and second steps, add the ingredients in batches, and then add them while stirring with chopsticks, so as to ensure that the batter is not too dry or too thin.) )


3. Then pour all the mixed flour into the stirred egg mixture, and then use a spoon to stir up and down, stir all the ingredients well, and mix into a batter.



4. Prepare 3 suitable small bowls, brush a thin layer of cooking oil at the bottom of the bowl, and then take a part of the batter that has just been mixed and pour it into the bowl, and then you can sprinkle some dried fruits in the bowl according to your favorite taste. (When doing this step, you don't need to pour too full, you can fill it with 8 minutes, so as not to swell the cake and leak out of the bowl when steaming)


5. Prepare a steamer, pour an appropriate amount of water into the steamer, boil the water over high heat, and then put the small bowl with batter into the pot, then cover the lid and steam it over high heat for 25 minutes, turn off the fire and simmer it for five minutes, so that the steamed cake will not shrink, and it will be particularly fluffy and soft when cooled.


6. After half an hour, take out the steamed cake, and you can start eating, so that a nutritious and delicious homemade steamed cake is completed. As long as you learn this way of making cakes, you can actually do it without an oven, a rice cooker, or a meringue, which is easy to learn, and it is particularly fluffy and soft.
