The required documents are as follows:

200 grams of all-purpose flour, 2 grams of yeast, 160 grams of warm water, 5 grams of caster sugar, a little red bean honey


1. Mix all-purpose flour with yeast and caster sugar, add warm water of about 30 degrees in batches and mix well, cover with plastic wrap and send twice as much.


2. Grease the countertop and hands to prevent sticking, press the noodles open, sprinkle some red bean honey, roll up from one side and divide into small pieces.

Tips:

1. Red bean honey should be done in advance, and you can buy it if you are troublesome, but the ones you buy will be too sweet, and you can add or subtract sugar according to the taste.
