Method/Steps:
1. Prepare a piece of old tofu, first slice it, then cut it into small pieces.
2. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the chopped old tofu. Add a spoonful of salt and blanch for 2 minutes to remove the beany smell.
3. Scoop it up, let it cool, and set aside.
4. Prepare a small handful of leeks and cut into small pieces.
5. Half a red pepper, cut with a hob.
