Steps:
1. Prepare the required materials, cut off the umbrella handle of the shiitake mushrooms, and wash them.
2. Chop the pork into a puree, then chop the green onion and ginger into the minced meat. Cut the green onions into shredded shallots, and cut the millet spicy into chili rings (if you don't have millet spicy, you can use dried chili peppers).
3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, blanch the mushrooms, blanch the mushrooms until soft, remove the mushrooms, and then cut the mushrooms into minced pieces.

7. Add water to the steamer and bring to a boil, put the plate on the cage drawer of the steamer, cover the pot, heat it to steaming on high heat, and steam for 15 minutes.
8. Take out the plate, put the shredded green onion on the egg, and then put the chili rings, (if you can't eat spicy, millet spicy can not be put) turn the circle and pour in the steamed fish soy sauce, add oil to the wok and heat it, heat until it smokes, pour the hot oil on the chili rings and shredded green onions, and stir out the fragrance. Tips:
When adjusting the meat filling, add a few tablespoons of water, stir in it, the meatloaf is tender, will not taste firewood, blanching the mushrooms, can remove the peculiar smell and impurities of the mushrooms, and make the taste of the mushrooms more pure. Finally, the oil should be hot, heated until it smokes, which can bring out the aroma of green onions and chili peppers.
