1. Remove 10 fresh Jiwei shrimp to the shrimp line, the shell does not need to be removed, and add 15 ml of cooking wine to the bowl to remove the fishy smell. If you like the umami of shrimp, you can remove the fishy smell without adding cooking wine.
2. Pour 50ml of cooking oil into the pot, turn on low heat, chop the garlic and ginger and pour them into the pot and fry until fragrant, put in the Jiwei shrimp and fry until they turn red and put them on a plate.
