These three scriptures on the body, knocked every day, are comfortable from head to toe!

The meridians of the human body are the channels for the flow of qi and blood in the human body, which belong to the internal organs and are distributed throughout the body, connecting various tissues and organs into an organic whole. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the meridians in the human body are like a criss-crossing transportation network, connecting the major organs and communicating qi and blood.

There are three very important meridians in our body, which we knock on every day.

Pericardial meridian: protects the heart

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pericardium is the guardian of the heart and can "ward off evil for the Lord", and all cardiovascular problems should be solved from the pericardial meridian.

The direction of the pericardial meridian is from the heart, through the armpits, along the midline of the inner side of the arm to the fingertips, on the way there are Tianchi, Jiquan, Neiguan, Laogong and other acupuncture points.

The Jiquan acupoint, located at the apex of the armpit, and the Neiguan acupoint on the inside of the wrist are both cardioprotective acupoints.

When angina pectoris or myocardial infarction occurs, the first choice is to use first-aid drugs (quick-acting heart-saving pills, etc.) and call the emergency number. Rubbing the Neiguan acupoints can also play a role in protecting the heart.

If the pericardial meridian is properly stimulated, it can increase the blood supply to the heart and effectively protect the heart.

Method: Use one hand along the path of the contralateral pericardial meridian, press and knead along the way from the tip of the middle finger, and press and knead the key points such as Neiguan and Jiquan.

Large intestine meridian: Enhance yang qi and dispel fire qi

The Hand Yang Ming Large Intestine Meridian is referred to as the Large Intestine Meridian, which starts at the outer end of the index finger, passes through the back of the hand and goes up along the outside of the arm to the shoulder, and then turns to meet the Du Mai at the back of the neck.

Then turn forward all the way down, through the chest, abdomen, and finally into the large intestine.

There is also a branch of the large intestine meridian, which goes up through the neck to the face, and connects with the Zuyangming stomach meridian on both sides of the nose. Therefore, the diseases of the head and face are "closely related" to this meridian.

"Lingshu Meridians" records that "those who are sick with the main fluid of the Yang Ming veins of the large intestine hand", such as yellow eyes, dry mouth, scabness, throat paralysis, etc.

It is believed to be a meridian with strong qi and blood, which can help the body strengthen yang qi or remove excess fire qi.

The main daily health care acupuncture points of the large intestine meridian are Hegu acupoint and Quchi acupoint.

1. Hegu acupoint: Replenish qi and blood

The name Hegu means that the large intestine meridian qi and blood converge here, and form a strong damp atmosphere.

Hegu acupoint is the original acupoint of the large intestine meridian, which is gathered by the water and dampness of the three acupoints, with a wide range of temperature, large amount and wide range, which can play the role of replenishing the qi and blood of the entire meridian of the large intestine.

Method: Use the contralateral thumb to press or pinch the skin at the Hegu point with three fingers to feel soreness and be able to tolerate it.

2. Quchi acupoint: detoxification and stress reduction

Quchi acupoint is the meridian acupoint of the large intestine, which is the most powerful acupoint of the meridian qi of the large intestine, and it is also the place where the damp and turbid qi of the large intestine meridian gathers.

Quchi acupoint is closely related to the metabolism of the human body, because the human body excretes waste in the body daily with the help of intestinal organs, so often press Quchi acupoint to detoxify and reduce stress.

Method: Press slightly hard with your thumb, based on the slight pain, press and hold for 5 seconds and then release, and press each other alternately for 3-5 minutes.

Stomach Sutra: Protecting the "Acquired Foundation"

The Zuyangming Stomach Meridian is referred to as the "Stomach Meridian", which runs through the human body up and down, with a total of 45 acupuncture points on each side, and is a very important meridian.

In practice, we know more about its branches, which run down the throat to the large vertebral points, and then fold into the chest and abdomen.

It then descends to the front of the thighs and down to the dorsum of the feet and toes.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "the stomach is the foundation of the day after tomorrow", and the daily diet and nutrition are supplied by the stomach, and whether the function of the stomach is normal affects the health of the whole body.

Therefore, the function of the gastric meridian is also mainly based on "digestion", which has a good effect on gastrointestinal and digestive system diseases, as well as diseases of the head, face, eyes, nose, mouth, teeth and other parts of the meridian route.

Its main health care acupuncture points are Tianshu and Zusanli.

1. Tianshu acupoint: prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases

The Tianshu acupoint is located at the midpoint of the body, and the human qi communicates up and down, rises and falls, and all passes through it.

It is mainly used for the treatment of abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, dysentery and other gastrointestinal diseases.

Method: Just put the thumbs of both hands on the Tianshu acupoint, and then do a rotating massage for 3~5 minutes, and insist on kneading to achieve a good health effect.

 2. Zusanli: Almighty acupoint

Zusanli is a "star acupoint", it is a big acupoint to strengthen the body, "Sanli" is the meaning of reason, reason, and reason.

Regular massage can make the gastrointestinal tract motility stronger, helping to regulate and improve overall immune function.

Method: Use the thumb or middle finger to press for 5~10 minutes each time, and feel the soreness and heat like a pinprick. Perseverance, disease prevention and fitness, anti-aging and longevity.
