Today, I used pears to make bread for my family, in order to give the children a little freshness, so I decorated it a little, and my children liked it.
Fluffy and soft, and a little brushed, I will share with you my production method below:
1. Peel and cut the pears into cubes.
2. Crack two eggs into the pear cubes. Whip into juice.
Add 4 grams of yeast, 20 grams of sugar, 2 grams of salt to 3,400 grams of flour and stir well. Add 260ml of pear juice in small quantities and 20g of cooking oil to knead into a softer dough.
3. Rub it back and forth on the silicone mat, like rubbing clothes. If you get tired, just beat it for a while. Rub and beat repeatedly for about 10 minutes.
4. There is a layer of film on it.
5. Cover the lid and proof, and the volume will be significantly expanded.
6. In order to increase the freshness of the child, I decorated it with cocoa powder juice and made honeycomb pear bread.
7. Press and exhaust and divide evenly into blocks.
8. Press and fold each piece of dough inward.
9. Arrange into a circle.
10. Total toothpicks dipped in cocoa powder juice and garnished with small bread crumbs.
11. After all is done, cover with plastic wrap and wake up until the volume increases significantly.
12. Put in the oven, 150 degrees up and down, bake for 25 minutes.
The skin is a little crispy, the inside is soft and sweet, and there is a little brushed feeling.
It's very good as a snack for breakfast, and my family likes to eat it for all ages, so friends who like it can try it.
