Stir-fried meat with greens

Ingredients: 300 grams of baby greens, appropriate amount of pork in the front legs, a little minced ginger, a little minced garlic, half a spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of salt, and an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Method:

1. Select the root and yellow leaves of the small greens, clean them and break them into small pieces.

2. Peel and wash the pork on the front leg and cut into small thin slices.

3. Heat the pot and add oil, put the meat slices in the pot and stir-fry, add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fried double pepper with bamboo shoots

Ingredients: 1 bamboo shoot, 2 green peppers, half a red pepper, a little minced garlic, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a little salt, appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Method:

1. Rinse the bamboo shoots and cut them into thin and consistent slices.

2. Wash the green and red peppers, remove the stems, remove the seeds, and cut into shreds.

3. Heat the pot and add oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in green and red pepper shreds and fry until soft, add salt and stir-fry to bring out the bottom taste.
