Meat, pepper, garlic, starch
1. Put the lean meat slices in a bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and starch and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Cut the chili peppers, put them in a waterless and oil-free pan and stir-fry for a while.
3. Put a little oil in a pot, pour in the fatty meat and stir-fry the oil, pour in the lean meat and cook it, add minced ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
4 Add green peppers and stir-fry. Add salt, stir-fry a few times with light soy sauce and remove from the pan.
