Millet don't always cook porridge, make it into a dish to eat, the rice is fragrant, simple and delicious, and the nutrition is not bad

Today, I used millet to make millet steamed pork ribs for my family, coarse grains are so delicious and nutritious, and my friends love to eat them.

Here's how I made it:

1. Wash the millet, add water and soak it overnight in advance.

2. Put the washed pork ribs in a pot, add water and ginger slices, blanch for 5 minutes, and boil until the oil foam is boiled. Remove, wash, drain and set aside.

3. Add an appropriate amount of minced ginger, minced garlic, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, soybean paste, pepper, sugar, put a slice of lemon to the pork ribs, and mix evenly. You can also add some cooking wine without lemon to remove the smell. Marinate for 15 minutes to taste.

4. Pour in the drained millet and mix well.

5. Put some sweet potatoes at the bottom of the ribs today, or you can put some potatoes or pumpkin.

6. Arrange the ribs.

7. Turn on high heat and steam for 1 hour.

Sprinkle some chopped green onions out of the pot and you can start eating, which is simple, nutritious and delicious.

The method is simple, the meal is particularly fragrant, and friends who like it can try it.
