All ingredients: bitter gourd, salted duck eggs, appropriate amount of cooking oil, a spoonful of edible salt, appropriate amount of water

Step 5: After the egg yolk is fried, then pour the bitter gourd that controls the moisture into the wok, turn on high heat and quickly stir-fry evenly, stir-fry until the bitter gourd is broken, and fry until the egg yolk is completely wrapped in the bitter gourd, then turn off the heat and serve.
