Sesame paste mixed with beans, the method is simple, nutritious and delicious!

Today I would like to share with you a cold salad that is often eaten in summer~ sesame sauce mixed with beans.

Tahini tossed with beans is delicious and easy to make, but one thing must be noted:

Regardless of the cooking method, it must be eaten only when the beans are fully cooked.

Because the beans contain saponins and plant lectins, people are prone to poisoning if they eat undercooked beans, and this toxin will be destroyed only when the beans are fully cooked.

Therefore, when we make this sesame sauce mixed with beans, whether we use the method of steaming beans or blanching the beans, we must ensure that the beans are cooked thoroughly, so that it is safe to eat!

Preparation of tahini mixed with beans

Ingredients Required:

Beans, sesame paste, garlic, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, chicken essence#
