Start steaming

Slice the green peppers, dice the carrots, and slice the garlic

Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers

After 10 minutes, the cowpeas are steamed

Heat oil in a pot, add peppercorns, stir-fry dried chili peppers until fragrant, remove peppercorns, pour in diced vegetables, and put a little salt
