Shiitake mushrooms have the reputation of "the king of mushrooms", not only delicious, but also have high nutritional value, and it is really delicious and satisfying with chicken, and it is also rich in nutrition.
Let's share how I do it
1. Cut some green peppers, onions, shredded ginger, minced garlic and shiitake mushrooms for later use.
(I use fresh shiitake mushrooms, and if you want to soak dried shiitake mushrooms, you have to soak them in advance.) )
2. Wash the chicken thighs and cut them into pieces, blanch them in a pot for 3 minutes, boil out the oil foam, remove the chicken pieces and rinse them, drain them and set aside.
3. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and fry over low heat to bring out the sugar color.
4. Pour in the chicken pieces, stir-fry evenly, let each piece of chicken be coated with sugar, and then add minced garlic, ginger shreds, and Sichuan peppercorns to stir-fry until fragrant.
(For friends who like spicy food, you can also add millet spicy and stir-fry.) )
5. Add an appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of water, and just submerge the chicken nuggets. Add an appropriate amount of lemon juice (or cooking wine), light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, cover and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 20 minutes.
(You can also stir-fry with your favorite seasoning, and if you like spicy, you can also put spicy.) )
6. After 20 minutes, add green peppers, onions, shiitake mushrooms, add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, continue to simmer for 5 minutes, stir-fry evenly and then get out of the pot.
The fragrant stewed chicken nuggets with shiitake mushrooms are ready, and those who like to eat coriander can also sprinkle some coriander as a garnish, this dish is nutritious and delicious
