Cover and let for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Make fritter blanks
When the time is up, take out the dough, and the dough only needs to be left on for 20 minutes, so that the gluten can be stretched and not let the dough rise.
Sprinkle a little dry flour on the cutting board, stretch the noodles to the appropriate length, and roll them out into rectangular sheets with a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
Cut into 5 cm wide strips and cut the cut strips in half.
