 [Name of the delicacy]: Beer pork belly.

[Preparation of raw materials]: three layers of fat and three layers of lean pork belly, an appropriate amount of green onions, ginger and garlic, three dried chilies, two star anise, two cinnamon, three bay leaves, and a can of beer.

[Preparation of accessories]: Oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, salt.


Step 1: First prepare 350ml of water in the pot, put the prepared pork belly strips into it, add two slices of ginger, two spoons of cooking wine, boil for seven minutes on high heat, take out the cold water, put it in proper temperature, cut it into 2cm square, 4cm high pork belly pieces, the finished product can refer to the following picture.

Step 4: Then add the prepared pork belly pieces, rock sugar, beer without ingredients, two spoons of oyster sauce, one spoonful of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, and half a gram of edible salt to the pot, first boil over high heat, boil the rock sugar, then cover the lid, turn to low heat and simmer for 18 minutes, you can open the lid, and collect the juice out of the pot on high heat to taste.
