Today I made my usual fat loss breakfast, omelette, oat milk and vegetable salad, and here are some of my fat loss love breakfast recipes.
First, the practice of love omelette
Step 1: Peel the ham sausage, divide it into four equal portions along the length, take one of the portions and cut it in the middle, but keep the top connected.
Step 2: Bend the ham sausage into the shape of a heart, and tie the bottom with a toothpick to prevent it from falling apart.
Step 3: Put oil in the pan, put the heart-shaped ham sausage into the pan, beat the egg in the middle, fry slowly over low heat until the bottom surface of the egg is set, if you like the egg white and yolk are distinct, you don't need to turn it over, cover the lid and simmer for three minutes, the upper part will be stuffy, if you don't ask for perfection, you can also turn it over and fry the other side.
Step 4: Put the fried love egg on a plate, remove the toothpick at the bottom, and set the egg after frying, so the ham sausage will not fall apart.
2. Lettuce tomato salad
Step 1: Wash the lettuce leaves, preferably with high moisture and tender leaves.
Step 2: Tear the lettuce leaves into a large bowl, cut some tomato pieces and put them in, squeeze the salad dressing on top and serve.
Step 3: Mix the lettuce and tomato salad well and serve in a bowl, some say salad dressing is high in calories. The vegetables themselves are very low in calories, although the sauce has some calories, but it can make up for the oil in the vegetables and balance the nutrition of the body.
3. Milk oatmeal
Heat the milk until warm and soak in two scoops of rolled oats. Drinking milk for breakfast can supplement protein and enhance physical strength, but light protein and vitamins can also cause malnutrition, you need to supplement a certain amount of carbohydrates, oatmeal itself is very high in calories, but when eaten with milk, it can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, promote digestion and enhance metabolism, as long as it is not eaten in large quantities, it is no problem.
The above combination is what my family often eats for breakfast, and the amount can be based on the amount of your meal, no more than two eggs, no more than two bowls of milk oats, and more vegetable salad, so that there is no burden on the stomach, the body will not be nutrient-deficient, and there will be no pressure to lose fat.
