Shrimp tofu is delicious, tender and refreshing


Ingredients: shrimp, Japanese tofu, corn kernels, cooking oil, starch, ginger slices.

Steps:

Step 1: Put oil in the pan.

Step 2: Add Japanese tofu cut into a thickness of about 1 cm and fry it over medium low heat.

Step 3: Fry until both sides are slightly charred, and set aside.

Step 4: Cut the shrimp in half from the back, remove the shrimp thread and clean it, add ginger slices to hot oil and stir-fry the water.

Step 5: Stir-fry until the shrimp turn red.

Step 6: Pour in the fried tofu.

Step 7: Add the sweet corn and stir well.

Step 8: Add a small amount of water and simmer for about three minutes.

Step 9: Add a small amount of water to the starch to make a sauce, pour it into a pot to thicken.

Step 10: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and remove from the pan.
