Today, I made a chive ham bread for my family, no need to knead out the membrane, it is just as soft and delicious, plus the ham I made myself, and the children can rest assured when they eat it.
Here's how I made it:
Add 10 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast, 1 gram of salt, beat an egg, 10 grams of corn oil to 1,160 ml of warm milk, and stir well.
Add another 250 grams of flour and mix well to make a sticky paste. Cover with plastic wrap to proof.
2. The obvious expansion of the volume is good.
3. Sprinkle a little more flour on the board, and take out the dough with a layer of oil on your hands, because the dough is relatively soft, so you need to knead the dough with the help of flour to exhaust it to prevent sticking to your hands.
4. Organize the cuboids and divide them evenly. Here I split it into eights.
5. Knead each piece of dough evenly.
6. Roll out into beef tongue-shaped cakes.
7. Put it in a baking tray and cover with plastic wrap to rise.
8. Cut the ham sausage made by yourself in half.
9. Wake up the dough until the volume expands significantly, and press the ham sausage down from the middle.
10. Brush with a layer of egg yolk liquid.
11. Sprinkle with a layer of sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
12. Squeeze in a layer of tomato sauce and salad dressing.
13. Put it in the oven and preheat it in advance and bake at 150 degrees for 25 minutes. The characteristics of each type of oven are different, so the specific temperature is determined according to the characteristics of the individual oven.
When the breakfast is particularly good, make it at home, clean and affordable, you can try it if you like it!
