Today, I used fresh soybean rice with olive vegetables and chicken breast to make a special home-style stir-fry for my family.
Here's how I made it:
1. Wash and drain the beans and set aside.
2. Cut the washed chicken breast into small cubes, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, shredded ginger and starch, grasp and mix evenly, add a little oil to grasp and mix evenly to prevent sticking, and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Prepare some minced garlic and olive vegetables, and friends who like spicy food can prepare some millet spicy and so on.
4. Add oil to the pot, pour in the diced meat and stir-fry, the stir-fry time does not need to be too long for the meat, just cooked, put it out for later use.
5. Add oil to the pot, pour minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, stir-fry soybeans and rice, add a little salt and stir-fry to taste.
6. Add a small amount of water and simmer for about a minute to make the beans and rice cook thoroughly.
7. Drain the water, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.
8. Pour in the olive vegetables and diced meat and stir-fry evenly.
Soybean rice is this way, delicious and nutritious, with porridge and rice are particularly fragrant, friends who like it can try it!
