Ingredients: lean pork, eggs, fungus, green onions, ginger

Ingredients: cooking oil, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch

Process:

1. Add chopped ginger, chopped green onion and fungus to the minced meat.


2. Add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, add an appropriate amount of water, stir well and set aside.




3. Brush the pan with oil and pour in the egg mixture.



4. Add the stirred minced meat.
