The home-cooked method of potato roasted pork ribs is soft and delicious, especially for rice, the method is simple and practical, and down-to-earth

I bought some ribs and potatoes and wanted to make pork ribs and roasted potatoes to eat. The pork ribs are paired with potatoes, and the taste is very soft and glutinous after the potatoes are stewed, and then soaked in the meaty aroma of the pork ribs, which is really delicious when you think about it.

Here's how I do it:

1. Cut the potatoes into hob pieces, and prepare some minced garlic, shredded ginger, green onions, Sichuan peppercorns, lemon, bay leaves, and chopped green onions.

(You can also add some ingredients you like)

2. Add two slices of ginger to the pot, put in the washed pork ribs, boil out the oil foam, remove and clean, drain and set aside.

3. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add rock sugar, and fry over low heat to bring out the sugar color.

4. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry to color. Then add minced garlic, shredded ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, bay leaves and your favorite ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant. Friends who like spicy food can also put some millet spicy and bean paste to stir-fry.

5. Add an appropriate amount of water, completely submerge the ribs, put a slice of lemon, add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, cover the lid and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

6. After 40 minutes, add the potatoes, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and thirteen spices, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

After 7, 10 minutes, turn on high heat, turn out evenly, and reduce the juice. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.

The delicious and satisfying potato roasted pork ribs are ready, and friends who like them can try it!
