3. Turn on the heat, turn it to the lowest and heat it slowly.


4. The most critical step: stir while heating on low heat, pay attention to the change of the color of half of the peanuts, wait for the surface to become slightly yellow (light yellow, at most medium yellow), immediately turn off the heat, remove the oil and let it cool, use the residual temperature to make the whole peanut rice ripe, and the crispy and delicious peanuts are ready.

Tips:

1. Peanuts, the color of the small grains is dark red is whooping red, and the taste is fragrant; The large grains are light red in color and white sand, and the taste is crispy.
